What format are the avatars?
Each pack contains 8-14 avatars as 1254×1254 lossless original PNGs (straight from the generator, never resized; 100 avatars across the store). A download button appears right after payment, bundled as a zip.
Can I use them commercially?
Yes. Choose the commercial license at checkout to use avatars in creator content, streaming and brand projects. The personal license covers non-commercial uses like your own profiles.
Can I edit the avatars I buy?
Within your license you can crop, recolor, add filters or overlay text. Reselling the files or redistributing them as avatar files is not allowed.
What photos do I need for AI custom avatars?
5-10 clear front-facing photos with good lighting and natural expressions; no hats or masks. Photos are used for generation only and deleted within 7 days after delivery.
How fast is AI custom delivery?
Basic and Pro single orders are delivered within 24 hours, couple or duo orders within 48 hours. Every order includes one free revision.
What payment methods do you accept?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and Stripe (credit cards) are supported at launch. During the demo phase no real payments are processed yet.
Can I buy a single avatar?
Packs are sold as sets at $1 each — under $0.05 per avatar, so a whole pack is the better deal. Need just one? Contact us and we will work it out.
How do I receive the files?
Ready-made packs: the download link appears right after payment and is also emailed to you. AI custom orders are delivered by email or WeChat.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Ready-made packs can be refunded before download. AI customs include one free revision; if it is still not right after that, we will discuss a partial refund.
